SERIES 4700 Miniature Pressure Reducing Regulator

Typical Applications:

Compact, fixed or adjustable flow and pressure two stage regulator used for:

  • Calibration gases
  • Industrial hygiene monitors
  • Research and development labs
Models are available for both corrosive and non-corrosive service

Features / Options: The Premier Model 4700 is a two stage, piston sensed, fixed flow or variable flow, pressure reducing regulator that offers:

  • Very competitive pricing
  • Fixed or variable flow settings from 0.25 liters/min to 6.0 liters/min
  • Compact size (1.2 in. diameter x 4 in. high)
  • Optional features are integral shutoff valve (multi-turn or bayonet style), inlet and or outlet gauge
  • Available in brass, nickel plated brass, aluminum or stainless steel body and bonnet with brass or stainless steel piston
  • Machined bar stock body eliminates porosity found in castings
  • Standard inlet connection is C-10, 5/8"-18 UNF. Standard outlet connection is 3/16" hose barb. Optional porting includes: 1/8" NPT, CGA 930 inlet yoke, etc.

Specifications:

  • Standard preset control pressure: 60 psi.
    Other preset pressures or variable pressure control optional
  • Maximum inlet pressure: 3500 psi.

Materials of Construction:

  • Body: Machined bar stock brass, electroless nickel plated brass, 316 SS or aluminum
  • Bonnet: Machined bar stock brass, electroless nickel plated brass , 316 SS, or aluminum
  • Piston: Machined bar stock brass, 316 SS or aluminum
  • Piston seals: Viton standard; EPDM, Neoprene, Buna N, optional
  • Valve seat: Teflon

Porting:

  • Inlet: C-10, 5/8"-18 UNF standard; other porting optional
  • Outlet: 3/16" hose barb; other porting optional

Optional Items:

  • Gauges
