Torch Tips

OX Series Tips

OX Series tips produce sharp, high temperature flames.  Very effective for soldering, brazing, etc. on small parts where quick heat is essential.

SOX Series Tips

SOX Series tips are a stainless steel version of National's OX series tips.

HT Series Tips

HT Series tips have smaller orifices than National's other tips which gives the HT tips a quieter, tighter burning pattern.

HTC Series Tips

HTC Series tips are the same as the HT series except they have center orifices.

HTM Series Tips

HTM Series tips have multiple orifices and are available in four sizes.

HTS Series Tips

HTS Series tips are the same as National's HTM tips in a stainless steel version.

N Series Tips

  • Fuel/Air
  • N-0 thru N-3, N-4A - 7/16-24 (Female) Thd. Connection
  • N-4 & N-6A - 1/4 NPTF Thd. Connection
  • N-6 - 3/8 NPTF Thd. Connection

N Series tips are the most economical to operate and are used for soldering, brazing, melting, casting, etc.   Flames adjust from soft brush to sharp, high intensity, concentrated heat.

The N-4 (1/4 NPT Thd.) is available as the N-4A with a 7/16-24 Thd. for direct use on National Fuel/Air hand torches.

The N-6 (3/8 NPT Thd.) is primarily a manifold burner tip, but it is also available as the N-6A with a 1/4 NPT Thd. and nickel plated for direct use on the National 4B Industrial Torch.

P Series Tips

P series tips are rugged two piece machined steel.   They offer high heat, low flame temperature, for use in applications requiring high heat such as die casting torches and blast tip manifolds.


SM Surface Mix Series Tips

  • Fuel/Oxygen
  • 3/4-16 (Female) Thd. Connection

The SM-5 produces a small concentrated flame for detail work.  It has a .24 dia. pattern of 7 oxygen holes and 6 fuel slots.

The SM-7 provides a medium flame, useful for a multitude of glassworking tasks.  It has a .32 dia. pattern of 7 oxygen holes and 6 fuel slots.

The SM-21 produces the largest flame of the surface mix tips.  It has a .63 dia. pattern of 29 oxygen holes and 16 fuel slots.

The PA-1 Adapter (7/16-24 Male X 3/4-16 Female) is designed for the 7S and 8M torches to allow the use of standard pre-mix fuel & oxygen tips.
